-Si es persona natural, puede realizar operaciones de cambio de divisas presentando uno de los siguientes documentos válidos: registro civil de nacimiento, tarjeta de identidad, cédula de ciudadanía, documento de identidad extranjero, tarjeta de extranjería o pasaporte.

-Si representa a una empresa, deberá presentar: NIT, RUT, certificado de composición accionaria y una carta firmada autorizando a la persona que realizará la transacción a nombre de la compañía.

-Es obligatorio informar si usted es una Persona Expuesta Políticamente (PEP), si maneja dineros del Estado o si es cónyuge, compañero(a) permanente o familiar (hasta segundo grado de consanguinidad) de una PEP.
